I can’t install or launch the game, what should I do?

If you encounter any issue during installation or when launching the game client, follow these steps:

  1. Update your operating system (link).
  2. Update your GPU drivers (Nvidia / AMD).
  3. Perform a clean boot to make sure that startup programs don't prevent the game from launching correctly.
  4. Use an internet connection without VPN and with Ethernet instead of wireless.
  5. Turn off your antivirus/antimalware software.
  6. Run the program as administrator.
