How to report in-game issues May 26, 2025 12:45 Updated Welcome to the brand new platform for Nacon game support!If you encounter an in-game issue, you can search for a workaround or report it on this website after checking that it was not already reported by another player.Check FAQsAfter selecting your game on the main page, please have a look at current FAQs to check if your issue has not yet been answered by our knowledge base.Check Known IssuesFor technical issues related to your platform (game installation, game client crash, hardware error message or network latency), please contact our support team here.Otherwise, if your issue is related to the in-game environment (gameplay, sound, graphics, UI, localisation), you can check the known issues list to see if our development team is already aware of your issue and is working on it.Upvote Reports from communityIf your issue is not known, before reporting it, please search reports already created by the community to avoid redundant reports.If you find another report that matches your issue, you can upvote it to prioritise investigation from the Nacon QA team.Report a bugIf you didn’t find any report related to your issue, you can create your own. Choose a title that summarises your issue the best. Fill all the mandatory fields: Platform Platform model Severity Game version: Make sure that your game client is up-to-date before reporting any issue. To find your game version, refer to the game FAQ. Description: Add a detailed description of your issue and how to reproduce it, step by step. Add attachments that could help our QA team to reproduce your issue: screenshot, video, dxdiag file (for PC platform). For external media (Youtube, Stream, Picture database, etc...), add the URL at the end of your issue description. IMPORTANT: Never send personal or security-related data (password, ID, etc.).Bug categoriesTo help you send report tickets, here is an explanatory list of the different bug categories you can choose from. Category Description Devices & Compatibility Bugs and issues related to devices and hardware compatibility (keyboard, gamepad, mouse, wheel, etc.) UI Bugs and issues related to UI visuals (interfaces, buttons, visual 2D, etc.) and text displays Graphics Bugs and issues related to graphics and the particle system (incorrect textures, flickering, z-fighting, graphics settings, fog, smoke, sparks, tire tracks, etc.) Text Bugs and issues related to the text in-game (missing text, placeholder, wrong spelling, wrong language, etc.) Networking Bugs and issues related to the network (connection, flow, etc.) Characters Bugs and issues related to character animations and bodies (idle, walk, emotes, skin, avatars, etc.) Lighting Bugs and issues related to the light (directional, spot/area light, etc.) AI Bugs and issues related to AI (party characters not following, enemies don’t attack, character pathing, etc.) Save/Load Bugs and issues related to saving and loading operations Performance Bugs and issues related to the game’s performance Cutscene Bugs and issues related to cutscenes Crash Bugs and issues related to game stability Controls Bugs and issues related to controls (keybinding issues, incorrect button prompts, etc.) Camera Bugs and issues related to the camera NPC Bugs and issues related to NPCs (missing NPCs, non-interactable NPCs, etc.) Audio Bugs and issues related to the audio and sound effects (missing BGM, missing voice lines, distorted audio, too quiet or too loud volume, gunshots, crashes, etc.) Gameplay Bugs and issues related to gameplay (getting stuck on geometry, falling through the game world, encountering an issue on maps, etc.) Exploit Bugs and issues related to circumventing the intended design of the game’s economy/progress Store Bugs and issues related to in-game purchases Voice chat Bugs and issues related to the in-game voice chat Bug status & lifecycleOnce your bug report has been created, it will not appear immediately on the support site. It will first be greyed out and reviewed by the Nacon support team for moderation purposes (i.e. personal data, inappropriate content…). Only moderated reports will be seen publicly on the Nacon support site.From this point forward, your reports can have the following status:NewNew: Report has been approved by moderation and can be upvoted by the community.OpenConfirmed: Report has reached enough upvotes to be escalated to QA team for investigation.Under investigation: Report is currently investigated by the QA team for replication.Need more information: Report is missing important information (please send it once our support contacted you).Investigation complete: Report has been replicated by the QA team and will be escalated to the development team.Producing fix: Development team is working on fixing the issue.Testing fix: Development and QA teams are working on verifying the issue is correctly fixed.ClosedFixed: Issue fix is planned for production, either as hotfix (no game update) or as patch for specific date.Fix live: Issue fix has been deployed on live game.Will not fix: Issue will not be fixed after production judgement call (no enough impact, require game design change, resources not available…)Not a bug: Issue is considered as part of game design and everything is working as intended.For every report status change, you will receive mail notification. You can also review your current reports and upvote directly on the Nacon support site.
